How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?
Most complete bikes are processed within 24 hours and delivered via TNT or DPD within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do complete bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a large box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy on parts and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or customized wheel builds cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Waller BMX ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I get a custom wheel built at Waller BMX?
